Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. Our products are for adults. We ship only within the contiguous United States.

Our products

Rubato and Interlude are dietary supplements.

Read each label before use and follow its directions and warnings. Talk to your doctor before use if you're pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition.

Everything on this site, including the Journal, is general information. It isn't medical advice.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, but a change never affects an order you've already placed. Changes to subscription prices follow our Subscription terms.

We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed by mistake or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after charging you, we refund you in full.

Subscriptions

If you choose a plan, it renews automatically at the price and frequency you chose until you cancel. How to skip, pause or cancel is in our Subscription terms.

Shipping, refunds and the guarantee

Our Shipping policy covers delivery. Our Refund policy covers refunds, replacements and the 30-night guarantee.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in or disrupt it, no automated copying and nothing unlawful.

The words, design, logo and images on this site belong to us or the people who license them to us. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review or other content, you allow us to use and publish it in connection with Nuitae. You confirm it's yours and it's true. We don't change the meaning of anyone's review.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we provide the site and products as they are, and we don't promise any particular result from any product. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order involved. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts in Jefferson County, Kentucky, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
